Dean Avgiris

Founder and President

After beginning his career as a management consultant, Dean has spent the last 12 years as an executive with Comcast.  His experiences range from business development, financial planning, and growth strategies to leading the incubation, development, and launch of new products for the consumer market.  Most recently, Dean was General Manager of the Xfinity Home business, which involved oversight of a subscriber base of over one million and a P&L of over $500 million.  In addition to general management, Dean focused his attention on executing new Sales and Marketing strategies and on revamping the Customer Service operations.

Cathy Avgiris

Strategic Advisor

Cathy began her career in public accounting before migrating to corporate finance, where she spent several years as the CFO of a publicly traded forklift manufacturer. Cathy went on to spend over 25 years as an executive with Comcast, and was the first woman in the company’s history to achieve the title of Executive Vice President.  Her successes range from launching the company’s landline voice product (which drove over $10B in annual revenue at its peak) to growing Comcast’s broadband business from 5M subscribers to 15M subscribers.  When she ultimately stepped away from Comcast, she did so as the organization’s CFO and the steward of a $66B P&L.
